Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Climbr (available at climbr.work), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes your acceptance.

Climbr is an AI-assisted career tool that helps you check job fit, build resumes, write cover letters, and prepare for interviews.

AI-generated outputs — including fit scores, resume drafts, cover letter text, and interview feedback — are provided for assistance only. They are not professional career, legal, or recruitment advice. Review all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers. Climbr is not responsible for hiring outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Climbr.

By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@climbr.work if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may use Climbr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not: attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; submit false, misleading, or illegal content; abuse the AI quota system through automated requests; use the service to impersonate another person; or interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.

Climbr uses third-party AI models (accessed via OpenRouter) to generate content. The quality and accuracy of outputs depends on the inputs you provide and the underlying models.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI output.

Climbr makes no warranty that AI-generated resumes, cover letters, or interview feedback will result in job offers, interviews, or any particular outcome.

Climbr offers three plans: Free ($0/month), Plus ($7.99/month or $79/year), and Pro ($24.99/month or $249/year).

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan will automatically renew at the applicable rate.

All billing is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal in your account settings.

We do not offer refunds on partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current period.

Each plan includes monthly usage quotas for metered features (fit checks, cover letters, resume tailoring, mock interviews). Quotas reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). Unused quota does not carry over.

Climbr reserves the right to adjust quotas or pricing with reasonable notice.

Climbr and its underlying platform, code, design, and branding are owned by Climbr. All rights reserved.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload (resumes, job data, notes). By using the service, you grant Climbr a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@climbr.work.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Data deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.

Climbr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Climbr's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Climbr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost job opportunities or income.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If you have a concern, email support@climbr.work first and we will do our best to resolve it within 14 days.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the service after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account.
